'Writing For Judges' event set for Feb. 26

The Ingham County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section will host “Writing for Judges,” 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Feb. 26.

The event will include a panel discussion that aims to get to the core of writing for judges – what the judge does and does not want to see.

Panel members include: Judge Hugh B. Clarke, 54-A District Court; Judge Joyce Draganchuk and Judge Janelle A. Lawless, 30th Circuit Court; Richard C. Kraus, Foster Swift Collins & Smith; and Kacie Leigh Smith, 30th Circuit Court.

The event, open to ICBA members and nonmembers will be hosted by Foster Swift Collins & Smith and will be held in The Hub. Free parking is available after 5 p.m. in the lot accessible from S. Grand Avenue between Kalamazoo Street and E. Washtenaw Street.
