This arrangement allows Fraser Trebilcock to use its knowledge and expertise in the areas of legislative and governmental affairs through Fraser Consulting, LLC, complex commercial and real estate litigation, cottage law, estate planning, and intellectual property, among others, and enhance the firm's presence in the Detroit region’s real estate market.
Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto, PLLC, that has an additional office in Mt. Clemens, specializes in condominium and homeowner association governance and association development, Fair Housing Act counseling and litigation, ADA compliance, FHA and VA certifications, and cannabis law.
