Ted S. Rozeboom was elected President of the firm. A graduate of George Mason University School of Law, Rozeboom joined the Loomis Law Firm in 2006 and became a shareholder in 2008.
Sara L. Cunningham was elected vice president, James F. Anderton, V was elected treasurer, and Kevin J. Roragen was elected secretary.
