The Air Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Manufacturers Association will present "Clearing the Air in 2021" online noon to 3 p.m., May 20, featuring professionals from government, industry, advocacy groups, and the legal profession. Sessions will include:

• "A Consultant's View of Air Permitting Trends in Michigan"
• "Federal Climate Policy: A Dynamic Legislative and Regulatory Space"
• "The AQD Director's Update"
