Bodman is pleased to announce that Justin P. Bagdady, Sarah L. Cylkowski, Nathan D. Dupes, and Thomas J. Rheaume, Jr., all members of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2021 “40 & Under Hot List,” a comprehensive listing of the most talented litigation attorneys age 40 and under in the United States and Canada.
Now in its 14th year of publication, Benchmark Litigation focuses exclusively on evaluating leading law firms and lawyers in the U.S. litigation and dispute resolution market. To select attorneys for the 40 & Under Hot List, the editors of Benchmark solicited feedback from peers and clients in jurisdictions across the nation. According to the editors, attorneys selected for the 40 and Under Hot List “frequently handle major cases – some of which are high stakes or precedent-setting. They are able to adapt to rapidly changing times in addition to juggling their flourishing careers and personal lives, all while staying on top of their industry.”
Bagdady, of Bodman’s Ann Arbor office, assists companies and their executives in commercial litigation disputes, intellectual property and brand protection matters, and when faced with regulatory investigations or government enforcement actions. He is vice chair of Bodman’s Intellectual Property Practice Group for IP litigation.

She is the vice chair of Bodman’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute resolution Practice Group.
