Mariah Silverstein joins Foster Swift

Mariah M. Silverstein has joined Foster Swift’s Lansing office, as a member of the litigation practice group.

Silverstein received both her undergrad and law degree from the University of Michigan and her experience includes conducting legal research and drafting motions for criminal and civil cases in both state and federal court.

She is one of three former summer associates to join Foster Swift; all three participated remotely in the summer of 2020; and all three are now in the litigation practice group.
Anthony M. Dalimonte, an alum of Wayne State University Law School, practices from the Southfield office; his experience includes conducting legal research and drafting memos, briefs, and dispositive motions on matters concerning general and commercial litigation.

Jim W. Scales is based in the Grand Rapids office. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School; his experience includes appeals briefs, wrongful death, contract breaches, personal injury, probate estates, employment matters and religious liberty & religious organizations.

All three were sworn in at the Michigan Supreme Court in Lansing on Nov. 16.
