What’s your favorite TV show, movie, and book? Police and FBI shows. My favorite book changes, but recently: “Leaders Eat Last,” by Simon Sinek; and “Good to Great” by Jim Collins.
If you could trade places with someone for a day, who would that be? The Pope.
What’s your proudest personal achievement? Assisting and mentoring my children to achieve amazing educational and career successes.
What’s your proudest career achievement? Becoming partner at Deloitte and then creating one of the top boutique financial services firms in the country.
What do you do to relax? Read, workout, ride motorcycles, race cars and continue to improve my skills in photography and fishing.
What other career path might you have chosen? High School teacher/coach or special military forces.

What is your happiest childhood memory? Playing baseball.
What’s the most awe-inspiring place you’ve ever been? West Point.
If you could have one super power, what would it be? Provide all of the underprivileged with more opportunities simultaneously across the country.
What’s one thing you would like to learn to do? Play the guitar.
What is something most people don’t know about you? I’m very spiritual with my faith.
If you could have dinner with three people, past or present, who would they be? Jesus, Muhammad Ali, George Washington.
What’s the best piece of personal and professional advice you ever received? Never give up on your goals and dreams. Failure only happens when you quit trying.
Favorite place to spend money? Bass Pro.
What is your motto? Will beats skill.
Which living person do you most admire? My wife.
What is the most unusual thing you have done? Our Dodge Viper, modified, set the world record in the half-mile.
What was the last experience that made you a stronger person? All adversity in my life made me stronger.
What are three items you’d take with you to a deserted island? Water, weapons and flares.

If you could live in any city, where would it be and why? Anchorage, Alaska because of the scenic beauty of the area.
If you could change something in the world, what would it be? Hunger.
Where was your first job? Working for my Dad at his foundry in Detroit at 10 years old for $1 per hour.
If all jobs had the exact same salary, which career would you want? High school teacher/coach.
