Elizabeth M. Siefker has joined Fraser Trebilcock and who will work primarily in the Lansing office.
Siefker joins Fraser Trebilcock as an associate attorney in the trusts and estates practice group focusing on business planning, estate planning, and elder law.
A 2019 magna cum laude graduate of Detroit Mercy Law, Siefker was an Executive Editor of Law Review, and authored an article on contested wills that would later be published by the University. She was a member of the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society, Law Review Title Editor, Moot Court, Women's Law Caucus, and 2L Student Representative, and a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure, Applied Legal Theory & Analysis.
Her law student experiences include being a student attorney with the Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and interning with Judge Marianne O. Battani, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also has worked as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals; and has worked, and clerked, for law firms.
Siefker earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Legal Studies (ABA Approved Program) as well as a minor in Philosophy from Grand Valley State University.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
