The Oakland County Bar Association will present its annual Bar for the Course Golf Tournament on Monday, Aug. 1 at Wabeek Country Club beginning at noon.
“Join friends, colleagues, and acquaintances for a fun day out on the beautiful greens at Wa-beek Country Club,” said a spokesperson for the OCBA. “Register as a solo, with a friend, or with a full foursome to compete in our course challenges and tournament.”
Wabeek features a course designed by renowned architects Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus, and will remind golfers of many of some of the finest layouts in northern Michigan.
The cost per player is $185 for OCBA members and $195 for non-members, while a foursome is $710 for OCBA members and $750 for non-members. The early-bird registration runs through July 9. After July 9, the cost increases to $200 for members and $210 for non-members, while the price for a foursome will be $765 for members and $805 for non-members.
