Assistant Chief Tim Gonzales from Jackson Fire Department was among several firefighters from the City of Jackson and Summit Township who distributed winter coats at Hunt Elementary School in Jackson and at Townsend Elementary School in Vandercook Lake. The Exchange Club of Jackson donated hats and gloves. This is the third year Jackson firefighters have done coat donations; and they raised funds to buy more than 100 coats.
