The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan will present an in-person program on “How to Prepare & Preserve Effective Challenges on Jury Instruction and Constitutional Issues” Friday, January 27, from 9 a.m. to noon at Macomb Community College, University Center Building located at 43901 University Drive in Clinton Twp.
Presenting at the program will be Emma Lawton and Matthew Monahan, assistant defenders with the State Appellate Defender Office.
