Bos & Glazier joins forces with firm of Cunningham Dalman
Effective January 1, Bos & Glazier joined forces with the law firm of Cunningham Dalman.
Carole Bos and Brad Glazier are joining the firm as partners. Rob Howard is joining as an associate attorney on a partnership track.
Cunningham Dalman serves individuals, businesses, institutions, and municipalities in many areas of law. With the acquisition of Bos & Glazier, the firm will employ 21 lawyers.
In February, Cunningham Dalman opened an office in Grand Rapids in the Boardwalk, where Bos & Glazier is located. The new address will be: Bos & Glazier, PLC, A division of Cunningham Dalman, 940 Monroe Ave. NW, Suite 253, Grand Rapids MI 49503.
Lisa A. Hall elected to Plunkett Cooney board of directors
Shareholder Lisa A. Hall was elected by colleagues to serve on Plunkett Cooney’s Board of Directors. She was elected to her first term, to serve a three-year term.
A member of the Grand Rapids office, Hall’s practice includes expertise in banking law, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, liquor licensing, municipal liability and real estate law. Her clients include financial institutions, insurance providers, municipalities and other public entities.
Hall received her law degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2006.
