At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on March 15, 2023, the following described right of way was abandoned, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
MEINERT ROAD, (as platted, Blue Lake Avenue, Supervisor’s Plat of NW ¼ of Section 11) west of Nichols Road to the shore of Big Blue Lake, Sections 2 & 11, Town 12 North, Range 16 West, Blue Lake Township, Muskegon Township, Muskegon County, Michigan.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Roosevelt Park
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park Planning Commission on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Roosevelt Park City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a Special Land Use request for a commercial daycare center at 980 W. Broadway.
Any questions pertaining to this request should be directed to the City Clerk at (231) 755-3721. The application may be reviewed at City Hall and written comments may be received until May 22, 2023 At 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.

City of North Shores
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a rescheduled meeting of May 1, 2023, adopted the following amendments:
Ordinance #844 – Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 48 to rezone 2113 W. Sherman Blvd from C-2 General Retail to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
