CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a meeting Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Anthony Sainz, the property owner, is requesting a Variance to place fencing inside the City right-of-way and a 6-foot tall fence inside the front yard setback at 4155 Dunes Parkway.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. ProgressiveAE, acting on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a second drive-thru window and building addition at 1831 W. Sherman Boulevard.
2. Justin Weare, the property owner, is requesting a land division at 223 E. Mt. Garfield Road.
3. Jason Norton, the lessee, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a tattoo shop at 4543 Grand Haven Road, Suite D.
