NOTICE OF PUBLIC?HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a special meeting Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following request:
1. Mike & Sue Pelfresne are requesting a Variance to place a garage addition to be 4’9” from the side property line a deviation of 3’3” from the required minimum side yard setback as required by City Ordinances at 1467 Forest Park Rd.
