Zdarsky joins Butzel as a shareholder


Christopher J. Zdarsky has joined Butzel as a shareholder in the Grand Rapids office. He is a trial lawyer who represents businesses and individuals – including trustees and other fiduciaries – who are involved in complex business disputes.

For more than a decade, Zdarsky has litigated commercial disputes including cases involving breach of contract, implied contract claims, shareholder oppression, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and other business torts.

In addition to regularly appearing in state and federal courts throughout Michigan and Illinois, national law firms trust Zdarsky as local and co-counsel in business disputes in Michigan. His experience extends to several subject areas, including insurance coverage, real estate, probate, employment, construction, municipal law, zoning and land use, and financial services.

Zdarsky has served as a faculty member for the Hillman Trial Advocacy Program.
