NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Tim Burgess is requesting a Special Use Permit for medical uses in the C-2 zoning district at 4788 Grand Haven Rd.
2. LaColombe Coffee Roasters is requesting Site Plan approval for an office addition at 6366 Norton Center Dr.
3. Nederveld Inc., on behalf of the property's trustee, is requesting three land divisions at 5525 Martin Rd.
4. Exxel Engineering, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting Site Plan approval for an addition at 6060 Norton Center Dr.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular scheduled meeting of August 20, 2024, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #851 – An Ordinance to amend Section 24-28 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to City Park hours.
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk's Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
