Grand Rapids Magazine named him a Top Lawyer in Securities Law and in Banking and Financial Services Law. He’s been named one of the Leading Lawyers in Michigan since 2014. He was recognized as Dealmaker of the Year by MiBiz in 2019 for his role in providing legal counsel to the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority for the $4.4 billion (estimated in U.S. dollars) Gordie Howe International Bridge project.
