Ingham County Bar Association to hold Ethics Refresher on April 9 via Zoom

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, the Ingham County Bar Association presents, “Ethics Refresher: Navigating IOLTA, Attorney Grievances, and Legal Malpractice Claims.” This event is open to all members of the ICBA for free via Zoom.

Presenting will be James Hunter and Reine Hamdar of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC who both have extensive experience defending attorneys accused of wrongdoing and helping educate attorneys on how to avoid grievances or legal malpractice claims in the future.

As key members of Collins Einhorn’s Liability and AI Ethics & Compliance Practice Groups, Hunter and Hamdar bring a wealth of knowledge and practical strategies to help attorneys stay ahead in an evolving legal landscape.
