Retired Washtenaw County Judge Timothy P. Connors is flanked by Tribal-State-Federal Judicial Forum co-chairs Jeff Nellis, chief judge in Mason County, and Angela Sherigan, chief judge of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, who presented Connors with an original artwork they commissioned in his honor. Connors retired last December after serving on the bench since 1991.
