Classic cars like this beauty will be on display in downtown Zeeland Saturday for the 31st annual Show & Shine Car Cruise & Show. Festivities get underway with the annual car cruise from Zeeland Stadium Friday night.

For three decades, classic car enthusiasts have descended on downtown Zeeland for the annual Show & Shine Car Cruise & Show.
The car show returns for a 31st year this weekend, starting with the annual car cruise Friday night and continuing with the show downtown on Saturday.
The car cruise will start at 6 p.m. Friday night from Zeeland Stadium, 9900 Riley St. Cars can begin lining up for the cruise at the stadium at 5 p.m.
From the stadium, cars will head south on 100th Avenue to Washington Avenue, then west on Washington to the roundabout, then east out of the roundabout on Main Avenue to Fairview Road, then south on Fairview to Lincoln Avenue, then west on Lincoln to Elm Street, and finally north on Elm to Central Avenue, where cruisers can go downtown or
disperse. Spectators can watch the cruise from anywhere along the route.
Then on Saturday, more than 225 classic cars are expected to be on display downtown for the car show. The show begins at 9 a.m. and will run until 2:30 p.m. Anyone who would like to register their car for the show can do so from 8 to 9 a.m. at the corner of Main and Church Street. The registration fee is $10 per car – cash only – and donations can also be made at registration to Harvest Stand Ministries.
Car show contestants should park on Main Street from State to Maple, on Elm Street from Main to Cherry, and on Church Street from Main to Central.
Raffle prizes will be offered throughout the day. Visitors can vote for their favorite car in the people’s choice award competition, and event sponsors will also present plaques for their top cars of the show.
