Varnum partner Matthew Bailey appointed to GRBA Family Law Section board of directors
Varnum family law partner Matthew Bailey has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA) Family Law Section.
The GRBA serves the broader West Michigan community by promoting legal access, outreach, and education services. Through continuing legal education seminars, service opportunities, and social events, the association supports the practices and personal lives of more than 1,400 members.
In his board role, Bailey will work to advance the practice of efficient, predictable, and civil family law in local courts.
Since 2022, Bailey has served on the Family Law Advisory Board of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE).
Bailey counsels clients in complex divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment matters.
