Calling all film buffs! Join the Norton Shores Branch of the Muskegon Area District Library, 5:30 to 8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 29, to view the ten top contenders for the Manhattan Short Film Festival.
Be a part of this international film event where over 500 cities across six continents come together to watch the best short films of the year. You will receive a voting card to choose your favorite film and actor which will be sent to the Manhattan Film Festival’s NYC headquarters.
