Momentum Center Launches Wellbeing Collective

The Momentum Center proudly announces the introduction of its new Wellbeing Collective, a monthly calendar of practitioner-led sessions dedicated to supporting health for everyone in the community.

Hosted at the Momentum Center’s newly renovated building on 7th Street in Grand Haven, the Wellbeing Collective brings together local health and wellbeing experts to offer a variety of enriching experiences focused on holistic wellness and personal growth.

The Momentum Center invites all community members to join in any of these monthly wellness sessions and discover new ways to support their overall wellbeing. Individuals who are new to practices may choose to simply observe and learn before opting to participate. Services are offered freely; if you wish, a donation may be made to your practitioner or to the Momentum Center as a token of appreciation.

There are many practices to explore. The Children’s Advocacy Center of Ottawa County is sponsoring auricular acupuncture sessions. Other practices including meditation, reflexology, energy work, sound therapy, different forms of yoga, and more. The October calendar includes a speed social.

The public is also invited to a Wellbeing Open House on Friday, Oct. 17, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Momentum Center. This event is generously sponsored by Lisa Lee of International Wellness Partners. It will feature healthy snacks and mocktails prepared by Renee Randall. The Open House provides an opportunity for community members to tour the facility, meet practitioners, and learn more about the Wellbeing Collective.

The Momentum Center is creating a community where every person is fully visible and connected.
