Byron Road is closed between 64th Avenue and 76th Avenue for the next few days for a water main project.
The project is scheduled for completion by next Wednesday, Oct. 1. However, the Ottawa County Road Commission says all work is weather-dependent and completion times are subject to change.
The road is closed to through traffic during the project. Motorists are asked to use a detour route of 64th Avenue to Chicago Drive to Main Avenue and back to Byron Road during construction.
