The West Michigan Symphony presents a night of fan favorites, at 7 p.m., Friday, November 14, in the Frauenthal Center.
Experience Rossini’s “Lone Ranger” theme, Dvorák Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” and Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.
The orchestra features pianist Charlie Albright and conductor Scott Speck.

Art Exhibition runs

The 96th Michigan Contemporary Art Exhibition continues a rich legacy of showcasing the work of Michigan artists.
A competitive show, the Michigan Contemporary presents painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and installation.
The juror is Ayana Ross, who holds a Master of Arts degree in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design (2021) and a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
