The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will host the 2026 MLK Diversity Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. on Friday, January 16. The event will take place at American 1 Event Center, 128 W. Ganson Street in Jackson.
Attendees will enjoy an inspiring morning of reflection, connection, and community as we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Enjoy a hot breakfast, meaningful conversation, and the opportunity to honor our local youth who participated in Challenge Day.
This year’s keynote speaker: Dr. George Grant Jr., President of Saginaw Valley State University. Dr. Grant was appointed as SVSU’s fifth president in 2023 and brings over 25 years of experience in higher education and community leadership.
