Xavier E. Prather joins Foster Swift??
Family law attorney Xavier E. Prather has joined the Grand Rapids office of Foster Swift.
As a member of the family law practice group, Prather provides counsel regarding divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements and other related matters. His previous experience also includes matters in the areas of data privacy and cybersecurity, entertainment and sports law, advising entertainment industry professionals and businesses on talent agreements.
Prather received his BA from Spring Arbor University where he majored in criminal justice, and was a two-time captain of the Men’s Basketball team.
He received his JD from Marquette University Law School, and he received numerous awards for pro bono work.
He is a member of the Family Law Board for the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the Kent County Domestic Mediator Roster.
Mika Meyers adds two associate attorneys??
Benjamin E. Anema and Tyler M. LeMieux have joined Mika Meyers as associate attorneys.
Anema focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation and municipal law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Calvin University and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
LeMieux concentrates his practice on commercial and civil litigation and practiced previously in Wisconsin as a litigator. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Michigan State University and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Wisconsin and is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and Wisconsin, as well as the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
