Plunkett Cooney elects three to the board of directors 


During Plunkett Cooney’s recent annual meeting, partners Lisa A. Hall, Audrey J. Forbush and Benjamin M. Glazebrook were elected by their colleagues to serve as members of the board of directors. Glazebrook was elected to his first two-year term, and Hall and Forbush were re-elected to two and three-year terms, respectively.

Hall, a member of the Grand Rapids office, maintains a wide-ranging practice that includes expertise in banking law, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, liquor licensing, municipal liability and real estate law. Her clients include financial institutions, insurance providers, municipalities and other public entities. 

A member of the the Detroit office, Glazebrook serves as leader of the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group. 

The managing partner of the Flint office and the senior vice-president of the board of directors, Forbush focuses her practice in the areas of employment and municipal litigation.

Hilger Hammond announces three new partners


Hilger Hammond announced the promotion of Jeremy Orenstein, Chad Antuma, and Andy Hilger to partner.

Orenstein focuses his practice on construction, real estate, business litigation, and appeals. He regularly handles complex commercial disputes, property matters, and construction-related controversies. 

Antuma practices in complex and commercial litigation, real estate law, and business law. He has developed a growing tree law practice, addressing disputes involving property rights, liability, and land-use issues. 

Hilger brings more than a decade of hands-on construction industry experience into his legal practice, providing real-world insight from contract formation and negotiation through arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
