On April 23, Philip J. Curtis, managing partner of the Jackson-based law firm Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski, P.C., received the prestigious Faith F. Small Community Faithfulness Award by Spring Arbor University (SAU). The honor was presented during the university’s 12th annual An Evening at the Arbor celebration.
The Faith F. Small Community Faithfulness Award is bestowed annually to a local business leader who demonstrates outstanding service and a steadfast commitment to strengthening the greater Jackson community.
This year’s event, which commemorated SAU’s Ignite Campaign, brought together alumni, faculty, students, and local leaders, raising over $40,000 for the Arbor Fund to support student financial aid. University officials noted that Curtis’ roots and contributions run remarkably deep throughout Jackson, including his long-standing relationship with the university itself.
