Laura A. Kane has joined Foster Swift Collins & Smith, in the firm’s Grand Rapids office and is working in the Business & Tax Group.
She concentrates her practice on corporate matters including counsel on organization formation, transactions, real estate, and civil litigation matters.
Kane brings over two decades of experience in the legal industry, having spent 18 years as a paralegal prior to earning her juris doctor, assisting on complex matters in litigation and corporate practice.
She received her JD from Cooley Law School, and undergraduate degree in political science and pre-law from Michigan State University.
She is a graduate of Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools in Genesee County.
