Drew Cooper & Anding is proud to announce that partner Amanda P. Narvaes was named the 2026 recipient of the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA) President’s Award.
Narvaes was honored at the May 12 GRBA Annual Meeting.
Narvaes is a partner at Drew Cooper & Anding, where she has practiced since 2011. She is a civil litigator focusing on complex commercial litigation, lender liability, copyright litigation, and consumer protection.
She graduated cum laude from Carleton College with a bachelor’s degree in history and earned her law degree magna cum laude from Cooley Law School, where she also received Cooley’s Distinguished Student Award.
Narvaes represents clients before state and federal Michigan trial courts, including the Michigan Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan.
Narvaes has given her time to numerous nonprofits in West Michigan, including the Tenant Law Project and the Women’s Resource Center. She chairs the committee that organizes the annual Women Lawyers vs. Judges Softball Game, which raises thousands of dollars each year for the YWCA West Central Michigan.
