Jackson County Probate Court updates office hours

Effective August 4, 2026, the updated office hours for the Jackson County Probate Court are as follows:

• Monday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm
• Tuesday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm  - 2 pm
• Wednesday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm
• Thursday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm  - 2 pm
• Friday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm
 
Emergency filings will be handled by on-duty staff between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please call 517-788-4290 to make arrangements to file during closed hours.
