The Jackson Area Estate Planning Council (JAEPC) held its annual meeting Sept. 18 at the Jackson Country Club. Attorney Susan Chalgian, chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, Council member for the Probate and Estate Planning Section, and a past President of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, updated attendees on statutory changes and judicial opinions relating to probate, trust, estate planning, and elder law.
