Gretzinger joins Mika Meyers
John H. Gretzinger has become a member of the firm Mika Meyers Beckett and Jones PLC. He practices in the areas of Labor Law, Employment Law, Municipal Law and Public Schools.
Gretzinger graduated from Michigan State University in 1971 and served as a Naval Officer from 1972 through 1975. He attended Detroit College of Law, was Managing Editor of the Detroit College of Law Review and received the Charles H. King Award for the highest scholastic proficiency in his graduating class.
He is a specialist in labor and employment law, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, Act 312 interest arbitrations, wage-and-hour matters, unemployment compensation, teacher tenure act proceedings and hearings before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of municipal entities, including cities, counties, school districts, charter schools, courts and other independent authorities. Gretzinger is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Labor and Employment Law, where he participates as Management Co-Chairman of the State and Local Bargaining and Employment Law Committee and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. He is also a member of the National and Michigan Associations of School Attorneys, and is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Kreis, Enderle, Hudgins & Borsos, P.C. announced re-elections for 2011: Stephen J. Hessen, Director of Firm/Kalamazoo office; Mark E. Kreter, Director of Battle Creek office; and Raymond C. Schultz, Director of Grand Rapids office.
Hessen, Schultz and Kreter will continue to serve on the Kreis Enderle Executive Committee.
