Meredith Ervine has joined Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. She will be located in Honigman’s Kalamazoo office.
Ervine focuses on securities and corporate governance matters, and advises clients in connection with debt and equity offerings, both public and private. She represents clients in a wide array of industries, including energy, pharmaceutical, health care and technology. Ervine is admitted to practice in New York; her admission in Michigan is pending.
She earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra Univer-sity and a B.A. in economics and environmental policy from Univer-
sity of Michigan. Ervine joins the firm from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in New York.
