NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following re-quests:

1. Steve Franklin is requesting a Special Use Permit for a storage facility for contractor’s equip-ment at 3500 S. Getty St.

2. Amber Mae Petersen is requesting a zone change for 2127 W. Sherman Blvd. from C-2 to PUD.

3. Harris Group, Inc, is requesting a zone change for 1325 Seminole Rd. from SUD to CR-6.

4. Harris Group, Inc, is requesting a Special Use Permit for townhomes at 1325 Seminole Rd.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Norton Shores invites statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing design and construction engineering services related to the following:

1) Lake Harbor Road Pathway

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m., on October 7, 2022.
