NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Norton Shores
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Greenberg Farrow, acting on behalf of Berengaria Development, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a Valvoline Oil Change facility at 5109 Harvey Street.
2. Ben DeMuro, the purchasing party, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a residential use in a PUD zoning district at 2127 W. Sherman Boulevard.
