In celebration of the 25th Annual Bias Awareness and Inclusion Week, the Washtenaw County Bar Association hosted an October meeting and strolling reception held jointly with the Vanzetti M. Hamilton Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, (WLAM) Washtenaw Region. The October 20 event was held at Weber’s Inn in Ann Arbor. Other activities during Bias Awareness Week included the 17th Annual Enhancement of Police and Community Trust (ENPACT) Public Forum, and Vanzetti M. Hamilton Bar Association Luncheon where the Hon. Donald E. Shelton spoke on Biases in the Legal System.
