On the RISE
The RISE Committee of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, hosted a Ping Pong Tournament on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Drive Table Tennis Social Club in Detroit. Among the participants were (l-r) Jonathan Karmo, law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Avern Cohn; Erin Behler of Nemeth Burwell PC; and U.S. District Court Judge George Steeh. The Rise Committee is the FBA’s newest committee. “We’re about integrating new lawyers with federal law clerks and judges — and into the Federal Bar Association in general — and this is our first event,” Behler said.
