Goodman Acker is offering free legal consultations and advice to all who attend its annual Law Day Event at the firm’s Southfield offices.
Attorneys from Goodman Acker as well as several other firms will advise on personal injury, bankruptcy, divorce, employment law, Social Security, immigration and even criminal matters.
There is no charge and complimentary food and liquid refreshments will be made available by Tim Horton’s along with WWJ News Radio 950 and 97.1 The Ticket.
“We are so appreciative of how the community has supported Goodman Acker over the years, we want to continue to give back. It is essential that everyone has access to the legal system and
this is our way of doing our part to achieve that goal,” said senior partner Barry Goodman.
He said nearly a dozen Goodman Acker attorneys and staffers will be available for consultation at tables and tents outside of the Southfield offices.
Goodman Acker Community Law Day will take place Sunday May 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 17000 West 10 Mile Rd. in Southfield.
No appointment is necessary.
