A seminar on amendments to local bankruptcy rules and federal rules of civil procedure will be presented on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at the Levin U.S. District Courthouse in Detroit.
The event is being presented by the bench of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Debtor/Creditor Rights Committee of the Business Law
Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
The program will take place from 4-7 p.m. in Room 115 at the courthouse.
Speakers will include all of the judges on the Detroit bankruptcy court as well as members of the committee that drafted the proposed revised local rules.
A networking reception will follow the seminar.
Cost is $25 per person.
