The Federalist Society’s Michigan Lawyers Chapter will host a panel discussion on the Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 4:30 p.m.
Panelists will include Timothy Baughman, Wayne County special assistant prosecuting attorney, formerly chief of appeals; John Bursch, Bursch Law PLLC; and B. Eric Restuccia, state deputy solicitor general.
The event will be held at Wayne State University Law School.
