The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan presented “That’s Not What I Meant: Drafting Tips for Corporate and LLC Documents” on Wednesday, June 26, at the Columbia Center in Troy. The program discussed and provided sample language for drafting issues beyond the basics such as Deadlock, S elections by LLCs, Distributions and more.  Among those speaking at the seminar were (l-r) Bruce Haffey of Giarmarco, Mullins, and Horton PC; Douglas Toering of Mantese Honigman; and Daniel Minkus of Clark Hill PLC.
