A Clinton Township women faces a hearing next week for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend multiple times.
According to the Macomb County prosecutor’s office, Jennifer Hayes, 29, stabbed her boyfriend multiple times last Wednesday at his home in Clinton Township. He is expected to recover.
Hayes was arraigned Friday on charges of assault with intent to murder and aggravated domestic violence.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled for July 15.
“Domestic Violence needs to stop. Violence has no place in our community," said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido.
