Macomb County prosecutor's office hosts child support telephone town hall meeting

The Macomb County Prosecutor's Office is holding a Back-to-School Child Support Telephone Town Hall on Wednesday, August 28 at 7:00 PM. 

Hosted by Prosecutor Peter Lucido and Family Division Unit Chief Kymberly Shinneman, this event offers residents an opportunity to engage directly with the prosecutor’s office on child support issues.

During the town hall, Lucido and Shinneman will address various topics to assist families with child support matters. 

Participants will learn how to start a child support case, discover ways to collect owed support, and receive guidance on how to fulfill their obligations. 

The session will also include a Q&A segment, allowing participants to gain insights and clarity on their concerns.

Key topics to be covered include:

• How to Start a child support case
• Steps to collect owed child support
• How to get back on track with child support obligations
• General questions and answers
