Artificial intelligence and recent critical business decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court are among more than 150 different sessions during the three-day hybrid fall meeting of the American Bar Association Business Law Section in San Diego later this month.

The “Business Law Fall Meeting 2024,” sponsored by the ABA Business Law Section, will be conducted Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 12-14, online and in-person at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

The Business Law Fall Meeting is the ultimate gathering of business law professionals from around the world, with more than 50 continuing legal education programs and scores of other discussions and events involving an array of public officials and business law practitioners. Altogether, more than 4,500 attendees are expected from 25 or more countries and more than 300 speakers.

AI tools can write, converse and mimic legal reasoning. • “Supreme Court Business Review: Significant Business Cases from the Last Two Supreme Court Terms” — The U.S. Supreme Court is not a specialized business court, but its decisions have important ramifications for businesses.
