The event kicks off with a parade, sponsored by the Galesburg-Charleston Township Fire Department at 6 p.m. The parade, featuring decorated fire trucks, the G-A High School band and special guests Mr. and Mrs. Claus, starts at the Primary School, heads east on West Battle Creek Street, through the middle of town, and ends at the fire station.
