The Climax Banking Center, a division of Sturgis Bank and Trust, will once again be assisting those in need for the holiday season with two projects.
The Climax Banking Center, located at 125 North Main Street, will be a drop off location for non-perishable food items. Non-perishable items can be dropped off until December 20.
The local bank will also have an Angel Tree set up containing the ages of a girl or a boy from young children up to teenage years. Anyone can come to the Climax Banking Center, chose a card and purchase an item. The bank asks that items be returned by December 18.
The non-perishable items will be going to the Climax-Scotts People Helping People program and the Angel Tree items will be going to the Peace Community Church in Climax to distribute.
