Jolly graduated from Wayne State University Law School. She was a student attorney in Wayne Law’s legal aid clinic where she provided immigration services to low-income immigrants. She attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate degree and is located in the Novi office.

Wixson is a litigation partner and serves as co-chair of the Health Care Practice Team. Her practice covers an array of services and industries, including health care, business, litigation and real estate.
As a litigator, Wixson has prosecuted claims and defended corporate clients and individuals in connection with partnership agreements, contracts, business arrangements, shareholder disputes, real estate matters and complex commercial litigation.
Wixson was named an “Influential Woman of Law” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2023 and a “Notable Woman in Law” by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2024. In her practice, Weingartner focuses on complex renewable and alternative energy finance arrangements. She has represented lenders in hundreds of loan transactions with solar, wind, and other renewable energy developers on projects ranging in size from modest to extensive utility-scale facilities.
In addition to her renewable energy finance practice, Weingartner handles all commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, project siting and zoning, affordable housing development, and landlord-tenant litigation.

Felder, who joined the firm in 2012, provides her insight and expertise as a registered nurse in all areas of medicine associated with complex, often multi-million-dollar medical litigation claims that the firm defends as panel counsel to some of the world’s leading professional liability insurance providers.
Felder earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 1995 from the University of Michigan. She went on to earn her certification as a legal nurse consultant in 2014.

Since joining the firm, Ross has represented public school districts and employers across a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her areas of focus include employment discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, retaliation, civil rights and constitutional claims, Title IX, student discipline and due process, and personal injury. Her litigation skills extend to state and federal courts, where she has managed cases involving general tort liability, first- and third-party auto claims, premises liability, property damage, and employment discrimination.
In addition to her trial practice, Ross has built an appellate career. Her appellate experience began at the Michigan Court of Appeals Pre-Hearing Research Division during law school and at the Michigan State Appellate Defender’s Office as a student attorney. Since then, she has represented clients in state and federal appellate courts.
